SCAN TO BIM | CAPE TOWN HERITAGE HOTEL

We had the pleasure of working on the Belmond Mount Nelsom Hotel back in 2022 to produce Asbuilt Plans for the entire property. This was a big undertaking and a difficult project being an active hotel with guests, but we do love a challenge!

The below video showcases the scans (captured both with terrestrial, mobile and aerial scanning) as well as the final BIM model for the main hotel area.
